Please note, our products are made to order, so please allow us 1-3 days to prepare your order, plus the additional delivery time, which will depend on your choice of delivery. Our cakes and bread are created and delivered with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're unhappy with the cakes or bread you received, please contact us so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction.
**Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on our site. Orders are delivered as soon as we can. Due to UPS regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by extreme weather conditions, incorrect, or incomplete purchases.
RETURN POLICY
To make sure you are satisfied with the cakes or bread you received, please inspect your package as soon as your order arrives. Le'Doux Dolci is not responsible for damage or loss as the result of delivery being returned or deemed undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply upon order, or for the inability of the recipient to receive the package on the day you specify delivery.
**Please note the risks of damage due to movement during transport. We do not take any responsibility for damage that occurs during transport, including mold. If the package is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package from the carrier. Please ask the driver to make a note of the damage and contact us immediately, which will help us file a claim with the carrier.
